Description:

The SUU STEM Center for Teaching and Learning (SCTL) is looking to hire a marketing/social media manager starting in August 2019. The SCTL Marketing Manager will work closely with the SCTL Director, Project Coordinator, Academic Enhancement Coordinator, and all SCTL-supported programs/directors. Hours will be flexible and as needed, but must include all job responsibilities each week.

Job responsibilities include: Managing, updating, and posting on SCTL pages in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. Collecting, compiling, and updating an overall SCTL calendar of events, and keeping the SCTL website calendar up to date Collecting, compiling, designing, marketing and distributing the SCTL monthly newsletter Managing, compiling, and updating SCTL contact lists Taking photos at SCTL events and distributing them accordingly Designing, marketing, and distributing SCTL flyers, posters, advertisements, etc.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication, marketing, and project management skills. Experience in social media, marketing, graphic design, etc. Ability to take on projects and complete them in a timely, neat, and organized manner.
